As part of this expansion, 3XV LLC is preparing to acquire two established regional service companies:
- A&W Lawncare, a Florida-based company specializing in residential and commercial lawn maintenance across Volusia County and surrounding areas, and
- Lewis Excavating, a full-service excavation and site preparation company headquartered in Monticello, Kentucky.
Both acquisitions are currently in the final stages of due diligence, with deal completion targeted for Q1 2026.

Once the deals are finalized in early 2026, 3XV plans to retain the existing leadership and workforce at both companies to ensure operational continuity.
